American Riviera Bank® will open its newest full-service branch in Atascadero, a move that highlights the bank's commitment to expanding its Central Coast footprint and serving the vast banking needs of the regional communities. The new branch, located at 7035 El Camino Real within the Plaza Del Camino Shopping Center, will offer a comprehensive array of banking services tailored to suit the unique financial needs of Atascadero residents and businesses.
This expansion speaks to ARB’s sustained growth and stability amidst an ever-evolving banking landscape and its ability to identify opportunities in growing communities. The decision to expand into Atascadero is driven by the city's plans for the future, including revitalizing the downtown with new mixed-use projects to attract new industries and higher-earning jobs, while also addressing public infrastructure and improving the mix of available housing. In addition, Atascadero is strategically geographically positioned, with connectivity to the Bank’s San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles markets. The largest industries in Atascadero are health care and social assistance, followed by retail trade and manufacturing[1].
Laying the foundation for expansion into new markets, ARB recently bolstered its digital banking infrastructure, allowing for more advanced payments solutions, including Zelle® and more advanced treasury services for commercial clients, including lock box and same-day ACH services. This forward-thinking approach underscores the Bank’s commitment to serve the financial needs of businesses and residents alike, while providing the responsiveness of a community bank ARB has become synonymous with.
ARB has already established business loan clients in Atascadero and now, with the establishment of the Atascadero full-service branch, there is an opportunity to extend personalized banking services to individuals within the area. The Bank is also a dedicated supporter of the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce.
"Now, residents can experience the same level of attentive care and tailored financial solutions that businesses have been able to enjoy for years."
Jeff DeVine, Chief Executive Officer and President of American Riviera Bank
As American Riviera Bank® grows, a primary aspect of its expansion strategy is to cultivate a team of banking professionals with deep roots in the communities served.
