Marian Lavagnino has joined American Riviera Bank as a Vice President/Banking Relationship Officer. Marian has spent over 40 years in the banking industry, working her way all the way up from a proof operator to Banking Operations Manager. Marian has an extensive background in all aspects of banking operations, but her forté is good old-fashioned customer service. She believes that while many positive changes have occurred in banking over the last four decades, large national banks have forgotten that the personal connection between a customer and their bank needs to be valued and fostered. Marian is very excited to begin her new role concentrating on retaining, expanding and bringing new relationships to American Riviera Bank.
Marian was born and raised in Santa Maria where she attended local elementary schools and is a proud Santa Maria Saint. Her husband is Steve Lavagnino, who has served as a Santa Barbara County Supervisor since 2010. They enjoy traveling and playing golf together when they aren’t spending time with their three grown children and spoiling their five grandchildren.
