There are scammers targeting local residents. If you receive an inbound call or text claiming to be from ARB or another bank, please hang up and call back using the published number for assistance. Never share your online banking credentials over the phone or via text.
Be aware of your surroundings. If you notice anything suspicious, use a different ATM. If you believe a crime is in progress, get to a safe distance, and call the authorities.
Quickly examine the ATM. If it appears tampered with, the equipment components seem loose or damaged, or the machine otherwise doesn't function the way you'd expect, please do not use it and notify us immediately
Shield the keyboard while you enter your PIN.
Do not count your cash in public. Put it away immediately and leave the ATM area.
